Erdmannpeisker realizes new appearance for Hatex with Campfire

Die Agenturen erdmannpeisker & campfire haben für den führenden Schweizer Arbeits- und Sicherheitsbekleidungs-Hersteller Hatex einen neuen Auftritt realisiert.

In the first phase, Erdmannpeisker developed the new positioning, which is summed up in the claim "Intelligent Workwear" and the industry-specific key visuals.

In a further phase, the entire visual appearance was further designed and implemented on the basis of the claim. The new corporate design includes logo, advertisements, brochures, BTL measures, and a website with online store as well as a newsletter.

The web agency Campfire was responsible for the online presence from conception and creation to implementation. A challenge and therefore a big focus was on a high findability and a simple user journey. In order to lead the user via relevant keywords (SEO) specifically into and then through the store and to achieve the highest possible conversions. Hatex provides the user with intelligent and simple tools for this: target group-oriented structuring and addressing, practical and clear filter options, helpful FAQ and a secure and simple registration and purchase process.

Campfire relies on digital storytelling and practical features for an unrestricted shopping experience. All products are presented with high-resolution product images and variations, target group-specific texts, and material and care instructions. With the size calculation tool developed especially for this project, Hatex customers have the option of determining their individual clothing size or that of their employees for each product and storing it in their user account.

HATEX-Online-Auftritt

For the Website with an integrated online store, Campfire used the open source CMS Umbraco with Tea Commerce's versatile e-commerce solution. The solution also interfaces with the ERP system with automatic import of products and inventory, as well as with the email marketing tool Mailchimp.

The new appearance is an expression of Hatex's forward strategy and at the same time expresses the handover of the family business to the third generation.
