"Hoi Vaduz!": Kernbrand enables community communication via app

The St. Gallen agency Kernbrand has implemented an app for the municipality of Vaduz.

Originally, the municipality of Vaduz planned a reporting app so that its residents could easily report damage or untidiness. In the course of the project, the app "Hoi Vaduz!" was created.

Suggestions, ideas, praise, and even damage reports can now be sent directly to the responsible department via the app. The ticketing system saves individual messages, and their completion can be tracked by all users. A friendly illustrated character guides the user through the app in a playful way.

Communication with authorities is one of Kernbrand's core competencies. Thus, the app was continuously developed together with the municipal officials and the requirements were technically implemented. The result is an unconventional, refreshing community app that can be downloaded from the app stores.

The communications department of Vaduz can independently update the content using an editor and also has the option of informing the population via push messages.
