Bühler & Bühler celebrates 5 years of Coop Mobile on the Swisscom network

Coop Mobile has been using the Swisscom mobile network since January 2019. There are various offers and promotions to mark its 5th anniversary. The Zurich agency Bühler & Bühler has designed and implemented a cross-media campaign for this.

To mark its own anniversary, Coop Mobile wants to make others happy. Throughout the year, the mobile phone provider is celebrating with five time-limited offers that match the anniversary. The campaign objectives: Arouse curiosity and generate new subscriptions as well as strengthen the trust of existing customers. With their collaborative nature, the corresponding messages should contribute precisely to these goals. And, on top of that, underline the satisfaction of existing customers and the continuous growth of Coop Mobile. According to the Customer Service Survey Switzerland 2024, Coop Mobile is one of the top 3 telecommunications brands in Switzerland.

The centerpiece of the campaign is the corresponding landing page. These are advertised digitally with banners, ads and social media ads. In addition, advertisements, POS posters and in-house channels such as the Coop newspaper, the Supercard bonus program and the Interdiscount and Fust stores will also draw attention to it.

"Concise messages and a characteristic visual with recognition and versatility were the guiding stars of this campaign. It's about celebrating and benefiting - we conveyed this as simply and clearly as possible. We are delighted to be able to communicate this anniversary with Coop Mobile," explains Nadja Wey, Key Account and Member of the Management Board at Bühler & Bühler.
