Bühler & Bühler launches employer branding campaign for Manor

Manor is also feeling the growing shortage of skilled workers in the retail sector. In order to appeal to potential employees, the department store group is once again relying on an employer branding campaign implemented by Bühler&Bühler.

Manor is looking for new employees in all areas and is promoting the benefits of its various professions in a current campaign. As in the previous year, this was implemented by Bühler & Bühler. Last year's young talent campaign "Special Everyday - Like You!" won a golf award at the "Brand4Young Talents Awards".
The aim of the current social media campaign is to counteract the stale image of the retail sector. Together with other HR measures, Manor wants to raise awareness of the positive aspects of the sales professions. After all, they are varied and offer good opportunities for the future.

An almost 20-second main spot shows the advantages of all divisions, while six short clips go into more detail about the individual areas. The short films for 20 to 60-year-old job seekers will be shown on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. After the first wave until the end of November, a second wave is planned for two months from the beginning of 2024.

Responsible at Manor: Sherin Keller (Head of Employer Branding). Responsible at Bühler & Bühler: Stephanie Geiger (Creative Director); Ronda Miller (Junior Consultant); Joséphine Rohrer (Text & Content Creator); Lea Fontana (Designer).
