Design combines Giacometti and Dalí for the Kunsthaus Zürich

Alberto Giacometti and Salvador Dalí are two masters whose works inspire worldwide. The fact that the two cultivated an artistic connection is the subject of the exhibition "Dream Gardens" at the Kunsthaus Zürich. Gestalten has realized the communication for it.

When an exhibition focuses on two distinguished masters, it is spectacular for the public and a challenge for the poster design. A concept is sought that does justice to the two great names Alberto Giacometti and Salvador Dalí without setting off on false trails.

For the creation of the advertising materials, the designers from Zurich's Binz were inspired by a large-scale installation that illustrates Giacometti and Dalí's idea of a garden conceived as an illusionary and imaginative space, as well as their preference for ambiguous forms and images. A reconstruction of the work will be shown for the first time in Switzerland as part of the exhibition.

The exhibition "Dream Gardens" at the Kunsthaus Zürich runs until the beginning of July.
