Ruf Lanz launches horrorscope for Animal in Law Foundation
In the campaign "Horrorskop" Ruf Lanz creatively uses the animal star signs for the foundation Tier im Recht to point out grievances.
Horoscopes are very popular in many newspapers and magazines. For the foundation Tier im Recht TIR, Ruf Lanz uses the animal star signs in a different way. In a deceptively real "horrorscope", the foundation draws attention to the fact that the fate of Leo, Taurus, Capricorn, Pisces, Cancer, etc. is often under an unfavorable star.
Although animals are highly valued in our society, the applicable law does not provide them with sufficient protection everywhere. In addition, many animal welfare violations are not investigated and punished adequately or at all. Awareness of these abuses must be raised again and again.
Ruf Lanz has been working on this for eight years on behalf of the foundation. According to Gieri Bolliger, TIR's managing director, the campaigns to date "have caused quite a stir and triggered committed debates about animal welfare. In addition, the numerous awards have brought us and our work to the attention of new media."
The current campaign can be seen in newspapers and magazines starting in October and will also be played out on TIR's social media channels.
