Crisp reinforcement for hungry soldiers

Bell is creating buzz in the military with Crossfive. Soldiers who promote themselves to friends and family will receive a free package of rich Bell snacks and fun gadgets.

Thanks to Bell's "General Snackpack" campaign, hungry soldiers can secure long-lasting energy and irresistible enjoyment in one, free of charge. All they have to do is beat the advertising drum. To receive culinary reinforcement, the soldier must first register on the specially set up responsive Microsite register. He then sends the corresponding link to friends and relatives via e-mail or social networks and goes on the hunt for votes. Uploading a cool selfie further increases the advertising effect on their own behalf. Soldiers who receive six votes in a week can look forward to the small package with three Bell products. With twelve votes, the large version with six snacks goes in the field mail. As a further highlight, the snack packs include an original patch for the uniform.

Variant energy suppliers

The packages are filled with first-class products from the new Bell Snacking range. Whether before the morning shooting practice or after the 50-kilometer march: the Beef Jerkys, Salami Sticks and Salami Minis satisfy the small appetite as well as the bear's hunger.

User friendly microsite

In collaboration with the Crossfive advertising agency, the digital agency Olai Interactive created a microsite for the campaign that impresses above all with its user-friendly operation. At the same time, it offers soldiers an ideal platform for on-the-go use. The VEO Control system enables the collection of clear campaign figures, increased security by recording the functions called up, and a detailed overview of all participants, supporters, votes and orders. The integrated mini-shop VEO Store impresses with its dynamic products.

The cross-media campaign, which was launched at the end of October in time for the start of the winter RS and was accompanied by numerous advertising measures, got off to a very successful start. After just four weeks, over 15 percent of soldiers have already taken part. The promotion will run until the end of the year.
