Philipp Gemperle reinforces The Ambassadors

As of August 2022, Philipp Gemperle will work as Head of Public Sector Competence at Die Botschafter. His experience as head of communications at the city of Wil and as a city councilor in Romanshorn will be incorporated into the agency's project work and the expansion of its area of expertise.

The ambassadors help public administrations and institutions to communicate more successfully and create planning security with tried-and-tested modular services. This includes projects in spatial and site development as well as in the areas of mobility, education and health. The ambassadors are expert partners of e-participation and founding members of the Expert Network Eastern Switzerland and offer further education seminars on public participation with the University of St.Gallen.

Philipp Gemperle currently works as Head of Communications at the City of Wil. Prior to that, the political scientist and journalist spent twelve years as a radio journalist, including at SRF. As a current city councilor of Romanshorn and member of a cantonal party executive, Gemperle also brings valuable executive and political experience of his own and is very familiar with the conditions in eastern Switzerland, the agency writes in a statement.

The existing services of the competence field include the development of strong messages, visualizations, communication concepts and measures, as well as participative formats. Philipp Gemperle ideally reinforces these as a moderator of events and dialogue events and his expertise in PR/media relations as well as in stakeholder management. "We are looking forward to living the Leading Swiss Agencies claim together with Philipp Gemperle and presenting The Ambassadors as an effective partner for the public sector in Eastern Switzerland," the agency partners are quoted as saying in the release.
