Addition to the top management team at Converto

Converto, the marketing technology innovator from Schwyz, gets reinforcement for its European expansion. Kim Engels becomes the new CEO and Matteo Schuerch Chairman of the Board of Directors.

With the CEO role, Matteo Schuerch hands over the operational management to Kim Engels, so that Converto's day-to-day business gets a real driving force and products can be maintained, further developed and new solutions for Converto's customers can be launched with great strength. Kim Engels' marketing success, expertise and many years of experience in customer service, market consulting, as well as in corporate management perfectly complement Schuerch's strengths.

Both will work together on important strategic issues for Converto with individual focal points. Schuerch, as Chairman of the Board of Directors and expert in the core business, will provide strategic support for Converto's overall development, while at the same time engaging in a constructive critical exchange for the company's management with Engels as Managing Director. Both will also ensure that Converto's unique selling points can remain strong against global competitors.

Kim Engels' new responsibilities as CEO include consolidating Converto's geographic expansion, launching new products and growing the company's successful customer portfolio.

Matteo Schuerch founded Converto eight years ago. Today, the 25-strong company operates in the DACH region and serves over 300 advertising clients and agencies.
