"the construction sites" new at BL Verlag
BL Verlag, which belongs to Galledia, will take over "die baustellen" - the Swiss trade magazine for structural, civil and special engineering - from Fachkom GmbH on January 1, 2022.
Together with Galledia Fachmedien, BL Verlag is further expanding its position in the subject areas of real estate, construction and architecture: The acquisition of the construction sites complements the publishing program with the special topics of building construction, civil engineering and special construction.
With the construction sites Fachkom is handing over the last title in its portfolio of trade journals to a subsidiary of the Galledia Group. Already published since 2019 and 2020 respectively, the trade journals build intelligently and the civil engineer at Galledia Fachmedien. The owners of Fachkom, Bettina Meier and Renato Polentarutti, have decided to also launch their flagship the construction sites to its longstanding partner Galledia and to discontinue its publishing activities as of December 31, 2021.
The trade magazine the construction sites will continue to be published eleven times a year and will inform technical and business decision-makers on the main topics of construction machinery and equipment, formwork and scaffolding, construction site equipment, building materials and other current topics in construction technology. The entire editorial team around Editor-in-Chief Werner Aebi is also moving with its trade magazine to BL Verlag.
Also on January 1 .2022, Galledia takes over the internet portal Specialist construction.ch from Fachkom. In the future, all construction professionals will again find the most important news and information from the magazines build intelligently, the civil engineer and the construction sites summarized in a "construction portal".
