On our own account: New editor-in-chief

Anne-Friederike Heinrich is taking over the management of the Werbewoche editorial team with immediate effect. She had already been designated as the successor to Pierre C. Meier, who recently passed away unexpectedly. The change is now taking place two months earlier than originally planned.

The 39-year-old studied German and has been working as a journalist for over 20 years. She joined Werbewoche as an editor in 2008. Even after the birth of her first son in 2011, she continued to write as a freelance columnist for Werbewoche. Pierre C. Meier and Anne-Friederike Heinrich have shared the editorship since July 2014. Anne-Friederike Heinrich is a proven journalist who passionately uses language as a tool to convey facts plausibly, appeal to people and retain readers - through a good choice of topics, unusual perspectives and sparkling ideas.
