Hinderling Volkart: Nomination for "Site of the year
At the Awwwards (formerly CSS Awards) the project "360° Langstrasse Zurich" by Hinderling Volkart was nominated for the "Site of the year". Only 15 websites from all over the world are nominated for this title.
The year before last, a project by the digital agency from Zurich's Kreis 4 already made it to "Site of the day" and thus to one of the 365 best websites of the year: in 2010, it was "Lost in val Sinestra" for Swisscom. With the nomination of the project "360° Langstrasse Zurich" for Swiss Television, which was also named "Site of the month" in October in addition to "Site of the day," Hinderling Volkart has now been able to set an international milestone for the second time, as the agency writes in a statement.
In the Awwwards, each project is judged not only on design, but also on creativity, usability and content. Voting for the "Site of the year" is open to the public.
