Matthias Pfannmüller becomes editor-in-chief of the new motor magazine Vectura

Prestige Media, based in Basel, launches the first issue of its fourth magazine at the end of November. now its fourth magazine. It is called Vectura and is dedicated to the topics of cars and mobility. Matthias Pfannmüller has been appointed editor-in-chief.

The 44-year-old has been working as a motoring journalist since 1992, according to a press release. He has worked internationally for many titles and has written numerous automotive books. In 2006, he joined Automobil Revue in Switzerland as an editor and was responsible for the Drivestyle magazine there between May 2009 and May 2011. Pfannmüller takes up his new position with immediate effect.

Vectura is published quarterly and will also be available in retail stores from 2012.
