Betty Bossi makes all cookbooks accessible free of charge

With the "Betty cooks with you!" recipe initiative, Betty Bossi is helping everyone to cook and bake at home during the state of emergency. From now on, the whole of Switzerland will have free digital access to all cookbooks since 1973.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, everyday life in Switzerland is focused on our own four walls. We all cook and bake - alone, as a couple or as a family. With the "Betty cooks with you!" recipe initiative, Betty Bossi employees want to support the population in the best possible way.

The company is making more than 12,000 recipes from all 120 cookbooks published since 1973 available digitally and free of charge in one go - a first in the history of Betty Bossi. Managing Director Lars Feldmann explains the reason for this: "We want to provide support in challenging everyday life, help people to enjoy moments of happiness and thus bring a ray of hope into the challenging times at home." This includes the joy of cooking and baking together as well as the pleasure of a successful meal.

All cookbooks are now available as digital flip catalogs on the Betty Bossi website for the coming weeks. A search field can be used to browse for popular dishes in the individual cookbook flip page catalogs or in the entire digital recipe database.

Many recipes for children

Children are at home too and want to be kept busy. That's why Betty Bossi also publishes dozens of children's recipes to cook yourself or cook along with them. There is also a special newsletter and daily cooking and baking inspiration on social media under the hashtag #BettyKochtMitDir. All information about the "Betty cooks with you!" recipe initiative can be found at Bettybossi.ch available.
