With the competence paper series "Troi Knowledge", the project software provider Troi supports agencies of all sizes with management know-how.Physical growth can be both a joy and a nuisance: For some, the increase in body size is particularly convenient; it may even prove to be a decisive advantage in numerous life situations. Others, on the other hand, might find it immensely disturbing when low door frames and small beds require extreme contortions. But regardless of the perspective from which growth is viewed, one thing can be said: It usually happens all by itself.Agencies can only dream of such naturally functioning growth processes. Interestingly, most of them fail not because they lack the potential for economic growth. Rather, the real problem lies in the fact that many agencies are hardly aware of the room for maneuver in their corporate organization and thus no longer see their own potential for reasons of operational blindness.Incorrect assessments stop growthThis experience can be shared by Thomas Dierberger, managing director of the Project software provider and consulting firm Troi, confirm: "In fact, we encounter the same challenges again and again in our process consultations, regardless of whether it's a creative, web, advertising or full-service agency." In Dierberger's view, the difficulty often lies in misjudging one's own possibilities: "Agencies on a growth course in particular have to ask themselves fundamental questions." Not without reason, because in fact many agencies fail in their own enlargement. For this reason, Troi has decided to publish its many years of experience from the project business as a beneficial guidebook series. Therefore, since 2013, the full-service provider has been advising agencies on how to grow with the "Troi Knowledge" competence paper series. The free downloadable series serves the transfer of know-how, illuminates success-relevant industry areas and presents concrete recommendations for action on how agencies can better manage pitches or the entire new business. Insiders from Germany, Austria and Switzerland have their say, as do Troi experts.Learning from each otherThe decisive factor for the creation of Troi Wissen was a lack of knowledge exchange: "Agencies in the most diverse growth phases can learn a lot from each other," says Hansjörg Hinden, Head of Marketing & Communications at Troi. Until now, this happened far too rarely. With the knowledge transfer initiated by Troi, it is now possible for agencies to recognize and better exploit potential in the targeted growth process. Therefore, for Hinden, "up-to-date management know-how and pragmatic do-how" are indispensable in solving the growth problem.More presence in SwitzerlandAs a provider of software solutions for agencies, Troi is not unaware of the internal process management challenges faced by many companies. This also applies to Switzerland, where Troi has been continuously expanding its presence since 2012. Thanks to the modular structure of Troi's project software, used daily by 500 agencies worldwide, all project-relevant areas can be networked in just one tool. This creates clarity for the user, uncovers potential and sharpens the eye for valuable, unused resources - which can be particularly decisive in the growth phase. With this know-how, the idea was obvious for Troi to provide customers and interested agencies of all sizes with the knowledge of more transparency in the processes. And since Troi's flexible solutions grow scalably with the agencies, they offer, for example, different financing and hosting models that create planning freedom for IT infrastructure and investments. Agencies can now read these and many other valuable tips in Troi's regularly published competence papers - so that growth does not fail due to wrong decisions.Further information is available at knowledge.troi.ch.
