Gerety Awards: Early bird discount and jury published

Entries for this year's Gerety Awards are now open and the jury has been announced: more than 200 jurors from 47 countries are taking part, with face-to-face jury meetings taking place at 15 locations.

Named after Frances Gerety, the copywriter who coined the slogan "A diamond is forever" in 1948, the Gerety Awards aim to select the best in advertising from what it calls a powerful perspective, to create a benchmark that is relevant to market realities, and in doing so, to redefine the standard to which advertising has traditionally been held.

Submissions are open (advertisingweek.ch reported), for the first time there is an Early Bird rate for all those who submit their work by March 8. The Gerety Awards are open to all advertising agencies, advertisers, studios and production companies worldwide. Both national and international campaigns can take part. Entries must have been broadcast, published or released in a commercial environment with the client's permission between January 1, 2023 and the closing date.
