The Museum of Communication advertises in such a "touchable" way

With brightly colored fur posters, the Museum of Communication at Bern train station invites passers-by to touch things - and not just in the museum.

The Museum of Communication is known for its interactive exhibitions. Here, things can be touched, because we don't understand many things with our heads, but with our hands. The museum is now putting this credo into practice in a poster campaign. Posters made of luminous colored artificial fur are now intended not only to attract attention at Bern train station, but also to trigger a reflex to touch.

The goal: passers-by should actively turn to the advertising, linger and stroke the fur. The slogan "Museum to touch" is implemented literally. In this way, the Museum für Kommunikation not only wants to get its message across, but also give the poster medium a surprising, haptic dimension. This benefits the museum, the medium, but also the people: Stroking fur is supposed to have a calming effect and reduce stress.
