7th Tÿpo St.Gallen: "What nobody talks about"

The three-day typography symposium Tÿpo St. Gallen is considered the industry meeting place for designers in the German-speaking world. The 7th edition talks about what rarely anyone talks about or what no one dares to ask.

Around 20 speakers will share their experiences from everyday work and talk about taboo topics such as criticism and shitstorms, setbacks and doubts, money and clients, the darknet and AI, and perhaps also reveal one or two trade secrets. The 7th edition of Tÿpo St. Gallen with the theme "What nobody talks about" will take place from November 10 to 12, 2023 and is organized by the School of Design St. Gallen.

The three-day Symposium for Typography takes place every two years and is regarded as a platform for exchange among like-minded people. This year, too, the School of Design St. Gallen invites visitors to the GBS in St. Gallen from November 10 to 12, 2023.

A look behind the project stories

"What nobody talks about" is intended to provide an honest look behind the project stories. In the seventh edition of Tÿpo St. Gallen, speakers will tell anecdotes of luck and coincidence, retrospective reflections on flops and convictions, expectations and criticism. In addition to presentations, there will be a supporting program and workshops.

Tickets are available at www.typo-stgallen.ch.
