Namics modernizes the B2B store for Koch

To meet customer demands for individual solutions and personal advice, Koch has commissioned the relaunch of its B2B store. The agency responsible is Namics.

The Koch Group's goal, according to the press release, is to develop a modernized and future-proof platform that offers retailers an optimized user experience. This is to be achieved through the digitization of the order process, a simplified search and order-based pricing. To achieve the goal, the Koch Group has engaged Namics.

In addition to the modernization of the store, Namics is also responsible for the relaunch of the content management system (CMS) and the product information management system (PIM). The tasks here range from strategic development and conception to implementation of the design and technology. Namics is also responsible for maintenance and operational support. The new stores will be opened on a site-by-site basis. Basel took over the start in January. Since the end of April, the B2B online store has been available for the Bern and Bulle locations. From mid-May to early June, St. Gallen and Wallisellen were also added.
