Bobst's digital printing solution is based on Kodak's Stream Inkjet technology. This not only offers intense color reproduction and one of the highest print resolutions available, but it also works with food-grade inks.Designed for four-color digital printing on a wide range of uncoated and coated corrugated boards, the digital sheetfed press uniquely enables personalization of both short and long runs of packaging and displays at high speeds. At an exceptional speed of up to 200 meters per minute, the new press delivers outstanding quality on sheets up to a maximum size of 1.3 x 2.1 m.The advantage of the technology is that it is a non-contact form of printing - it no longer matters what grammage a liner is or what corrugated profile is used.
