Virtual, European industry event with Swiss participation

The digital industry event "Forward Together 2021 Europe" as an "Unconference" aims to create an inviting environment for networking and allows to get in direct contact with more than 20 international industry associations, visit virtual exhibition booths and participate digitally in the afterparty. The most important thing about this trade meeting, too, is networking. For this purpose, there will be digital opportunities for individual 1:1 contacts, as well as group discussions. The event will be a meeting point for the European MICE industry and a platform for exchanging experiences and transferring know-how.

Allseated, together with the congress location Trafo Baden and two other locations in Germany, wants to finally create a real international meeting place for the MICE industry again. Realistic digital twins of the venue partners can be explored with one's own robot avatar while meeting other industry colleagues. For this purpose, allseated uses its own software exVo; this is intended to create chance encounters with other visitors, give mobility back to the industry and transport emotions and knowledge from the live world into the virtual world.

Allseated is a provider of a cloud-based platform for event planning and location visualization, as well as for the planning and implementation of hybrid and virtual events. Trafo Baden is the first Allseated partner in Switzerland, with a complete walk-through digital copy of the event location. The industry event "Forward Together 2021 Europe" shows organizers and exhibition planners how trade fairs can take place hybrid in the future, on the one hand live in the Trafo Hallen in Baden, on the other hand networked with platforms in other cities and with participants who cannot physically be on site.
