But "themes" are "in" today and thus the Middle Ages live on. The trend of throwing parties under a theme seems endless. They are so popular that themes are even proving their worth for conferences and seminars.To meet this trend, quite a few castles and palaces have upgraded and now offer rooms for seminars and events and one or the other supporting program between walls, secret passages and knight's armor. Among them are guided tours or puzzle-solving. Peace and quiet, nature, being transported to another time, experiencing something different and other reasons are reason enough to hold your event in a castle or a fortress. Meeting in this special ambience is also popular because it remains in memory.
