Ads&Figures has gone the extra mile digitally for Helen Kirchhofer

The corona crisis has also left its mark on Helen Kirchhofer. By continuing to focus on the digital business, the jewelry and watch retailer can nevertheless look back on a successful 2020. Together with Ads&Figures, the online store was advertised even more intensively and both sales and turnover increased.

Since 2017 Ads&Figures is the digital partner at Helen Kirchhofer's side and manages the budget for the entire online marketing area. Social media ads, programmatic advertising and SEA are used. According to the agency, Helen Kirchhofer was able to further expand measures and success in 2020 compared to the previous year. For example, social media measures on Facebook and Instagram would have brought 132 percent more sales, resulting in an increase in revenue compared to the previous year. In addition, targeted programmatic advertising would have enabled a strong Black Friday: in November 2020, sales volume was boosted by 120 percent, while media costs were reduced at the same time. And through Google Ads, 68 percent more sales were recorded than in 2019, which also led to strong revenue growth.

"After the pleasing performance in 2019, we decided to increase the budget for digital channels in the following year and leave Ads&Figures the space to test new formats and opportunities.
