New website of the HKV Aarau
After five years, the KV Aarau business school, together with Basel West and Dimando, has relaunched its website.
As the school's design and development partners, the two agencies had already helped design and manage the previous website. The reason for the revision was the change in user habits as well as numerous enhancements to the range of services and customer service.
After a needs evaluation, the requirements profile and a prototype were developed in workshops using the agile project method in order to draw up the definitive specifications. For services such as education and training, a mere website is no longer sufficient. In the digital economy, the networking of various functions and applications is gaining in importance: prospective customers expect a seamless registration process, and in administration, smooth integration between registration, payment and support processes is what counts.
