Orange becomes Salt Cinema

Salt Cinema at the Zürichhorn promises even more entertainment than its predecessor Orange Cinema with numerous highlights.Salt Cinema also takes place in Bern, Basel and Geneva. In Zurich, the most popular open-air cinema starts on July 16 and runs until August 16. In Basel, the films flicker across the screen on Münsterplatz from August 6 to August 30, in Bern on the Grosse Schanze from July 23 to August 23, and in Geneva at Port Noir from July 15 to August 20.Absolute world premiereWith a world premiere, many cinema highlights, high-quality gastronomy, surprising previews and a new film series, Salt Cinema Zurich is waiting. The biggest film event for eyes and ears takes place there at the end of this year's season and is an absolute world premiere under the open sky.Live film music with choir and orchestraUnder the direction of Ludwig Wicki, the Basel Symphony Orchestra and the choir "Zurich Singers" will interpret live the film music to the cinema classic "Perfume". There will be around 130 musicians and singers in front of the screen - a logistical masterpiece is in store for the organizers. The evening will be presented exclusively by Zurich Insurance, which is a new main sponsor of Salt Cinema Zurich as of this year.
