Fast is not always good: A Finnish energy company shows how navigation devices can be used to curb CO2 emissions.

The idea is obvious and seems to be forward-looking: In addition to the fastest and shortest route, navigation devices could also suggest the most CO2-friendly route. On behalf of the energy service provider Neste, the agency Hasan & Partners demonstrates how a lot can be done for the climate with the smallest of restrictions. In figures: 81,000 tons of CO2 per year can be saved - and that in the Helsinki region alone. A lot of data and artificial intelligence make it possible. Have a good trip!
