Nutshell Films narrates gruesome costumer journeys for BSI

What makes a perfect customer journey? Nutshell and BSI show in a four-part video series around the fictional character Tim, a "typical" retail customer, how things should definitely not be done.

In their second joint work, BSI and Nutshell show what can go wrong with online marketing - and why it's better to use BSI's solutions. With this campaign, the company wants to increase awareness of its products and services in Germany.

And this is exactly where the "Mach`s besser" campaign comes in. At the heart of the campaign are four digital marketing challenges to which BSI has answers.
