No half measures

Nested Estate Agents' latest TV campaign takes a hard line with "traditional" real estate agencies.

A restaurant where you have to prepare your own food (and even slaughter it, depending on the situation), a midwife who packs her things during childbirth, and paramedics who don't drive the accident victim to the hospital. The absurdity of the situations shown in the commercials increases almost immeasurably.

With the dramatizations the London real estate agency "Nested Estate Agency" refers to from agency view similarly incomprehensible practices of the real estate agents, who make also only a half job. Because either they worry only about the sales of the real estate of the customer, or they offer a real estate to the customer - but never both at the same time.

Here Nested sees itself as a "double agent", because the business model of the London real estate agency includes both aspects: It takes care of both the sale of the current property and offers potential new properties at the same time - at no extra charge.

A clear announcement to all other real estate agencies, which comes from the pen of the London agency Neil A Dawson & Company.
