The McDonald's brand is particularly popular with Gen Z. To appeal to potential employees, the TBWA\Zürich agency launched a campaign for the fast-food restaurant under the motto "Switch Sides". On the subjects, three well-known products on the McDonald's range are seen from the perspective of McDonald's employees - from behind.
In a campaign initially launched on social media and OOH, the "Switch Sides" call-to-action will take the target group directly to specific job offers on the McDonald's website. An extensive digital and content campaign is to follow in the fall.
