Wirz promotes TCS company card

Touring Club Switzerland now also offers its services for vehicles and transport services of SMEs - with the TCS company card. To raise awareness of this offer and attract new corporate customers, Wirz developed an acquisition mailing and videos with testimonials.

With the TCS company card, companies can cover themselves in the event of a breakdown and thus ensure greater reliability and punctuality. Wirz recommended that TCS target various service providers in the area of passenger and goods transport, tradesmen and vehicle rental companies. The medium was clear from the start: a physical mailing. The idea behind the text and design: In the event of a breakdown, the cab company, just like the "Päckliservice", would like to get back on the road as quickly as possible and thus reach their destination.

Different transport goods - same problem 

What happens when a vehicle breaks down and the load or the workman are not on site on time? The company's good reputation is at risk, the customer is annoyed. This is where the staging of the mailing comes in: It shows a delivery truck personalized with the real name of the recipient company. This company lettering is damaged, missing or loose letters symbolize the battered reputation of the company. As a response element, the mailing comes with a physical response element - also personalized.

In addition, the mailing relied on the persuasive power of classic testimonials - all of them real TCS corporate customers with corporate cards who talk about the reasons why they chose TCS roadside assistance and accident assistance. The tenor of all the statements is the TCS corporate card promise: "Keeping your business moving." The testimonial videos are used on the TCS corporate card landing page and as social posts and ads.

TCS, not only for private

Due to the very personalized approach of the flyers, some challenges had to be overcome: How do long names fit on the print of flyers and the corporate card? How can the familiar TCS CD/CI be adapted in an integrated way for the TCS corporate card to be recognizable as something different? "The programming alone for the different print media took about a week," says Yves Seiler, responsible for dialog marketing at Wirz. "We are proud to support TCS in the corporate customer sector as well. We already know the needs through our work for the private customer market."
