Brand campaign by Polyconsult: Microspot.ch has what's missing

The online retailer microspot.ch has developed from a specialist electronics retailer into an online shopping center with a wide range of products. The diversity of the product range is now to be put at the center of the new brand campaign with the message "Are you missing something? We've got it" is now to be placed at the center of the new brand campaign.

The days when microspot.ch was purely an electronics retailer are over: it now offers everything from workshop and office accessories to e-scooters and juicers - almost everything you could possibly want on the road, at home or in the office. This is the basis of microspot.ch's new brand campaign. With the message "Are you missing something? We've got it", the online retailer wants to underline the diversity of its product range.

Remedy in everyday situations

Together with the Polyconsult agency from Bern, eight TV spots and an online and offline campaign were developed. The TV spots show various everyday situations of customers that do not go according to plan. These include, for example, the young woman on the train who has run out of battery on her smartphone and now cannot show her General subscription. The message at the end of the commercial: "Are you missing a powerbank? We've got it.".

The online and offline campaign also picks up on situations where things are missing in everyday life. For example, microspot.ch advertises e-scooters, remote-controlled sports cars, and powerful laptops on a poster alongside the question "Are you missing speed?" The campaign will also be found in the sales outlets of parent company Coop. For a few weeks, the shopping bags will be branded in the look of the microspot.ch campaign.
