Kind regards for Schwyzer Kantonalbank: Digital Banking with Traditions

Traditions are at the heart of the campaign that the Freundliche Grüsse agency developed together with the Schwyzer Kantonalband to draw attention to its digital banking offering.

Schwyzer Kantonalbank would like to encourage even more customers to use its comprehensive digital banking service in the future. Promotions and campaigns have already taken place in this regard in recent years. This year, however, the topic is to be played out even more prominently and broadly so that digital banking expertise is firmly anchored in the minds of customers and the offering is used even more.

Recently, the bank introduced SZKB Secure, a new login procedure that replaces the login via SMS confirmation. A few days ago, SZKB also launched its own TWINT app with direct account connection.

In its campaign, Schwyzer Kantonalbank wants to show that doing banking transactions via digital banking only offers advantages. And they are simple, flexible and secure. Whether it's the Schwyzerörgeli, Büchel, Fasnacht or Chlefelis: the canton of Schwyz is known for its wealth of tradition, and this is precisely where the campaign came in. For example, the use of digital banking services is also to become a tradition. Under the motto "Time for new traditions", the agency Freundliche Grüsse developed a campaign to communicate the advantages of digital banking to customers and motivate them to use it. In the various advertising materials, the different offers and advantages of digital banking were presented as new traditions of the Canton of Schwyz.

Digital Days will be held in the larger branches in the canton to coincide with the campaign. At these events, customers can obtain information about digital banking from advisors on site.

The campaign has been live since mid-August and is being played out to customers via OOH, social media, digital, print, and a mailing. It is also present in the branches of Schwyzer Kantonalbank. The focus of the paid media is on the SZKB TWINT app. Various use cases relating to digital banking and information about the Digitaltage are also played out via the owned channels.
