Calydo and SZKB give a voice to owner-occupied homes

In the current campaign of the Schwyzer Kantonalbank, houses have the floor. In collaboration with the Calydo agency, SZKB is showcasing real homes owned by people from Schwyz and telling their stories. The campaign is intended to draw attention to the advice and mortgage services offered by SZKB.

CalydoHome prices are rising and rising. The path to home ownership has also become steeper in the canton of Schwyz. To ensure that it can still succeed, Schwyzer Kantonalbank supports its customers with local market knowledge, attractive mortgages and personal advice the Schwyz way.

SZKB developed the marketing campaign together with the Calydo agency. The campaign focuses on the homes of real SZKB customers and their stories. The motifs depict the entire range of financing needs and show the diversity of the canton of Schwyz. The real estate was staged by photographer Tobias Ryser, Calydo took over the creative conception of the touchpoints and guides through the customer journey with personal stories.
