Franz&René accompanies FNAC to German-speaking Switzerland

FNAC, a chain of stores specializing in cultural products, electronics and household appliances of French origin, is expanding within the Manor chains with 13 "store in store" stores.

Since the beginning of March, openings have taken place in Baden, Aarau, Emmen, Pfäffikon, Chur and Winterthur, with more to follow by the end of April in Basel, Solothurn, Schaffhausen and Ticino. The problem of awareness in German-speaking Switzerland is the first challenge to be overcome in terms of communication. After all, in order to attract new customers, they need to know what FNAC is and what it offers. The opening campaign designed by FRANZ&RENÉ therefore focuses on the products that are representative of FNAC's offer: Games, computers, electrical appliances and books.

The campaign favored the use of different local dialects to address the regions in a sympathetic way. For example, the opening campaigns differ between Zurich and Emmen by a few letters.
