Polyconsult for Domicil: Motivated nursing professionals seek colleagues

With a broad-based personnel marketing campaign, Domicil draws attention to itself as an employer with strong arguments. Polyconsult designed and implemented the employer branding campaign.

The shortage of skilled nursing staff is a reality, and the working situation of dissatisfied nursing staff is a constant topic of public debate. Domicil now wants to show that things can be different. The company has been named Switzerland's best employer in the health and social care sector twice in a row by the independent "Great Place to Work" institute. The vast majority of Domicil employees are aware of the special importance of their work and feel valued by their employer.

Domicil wants to position itself as number 1 in the highly competitive employee market. And to do so, it is bringing the most credible ambassadors - its own employees - on board. The employer branding campaign aims to attract attention as an attractive employer with qualified employees, professional structures and processes, modern working methods, good working conditions, and values that are lived out. And, of course, to win over new nursing professionals.

15 different video and photo testimonials are used for the digital and analog out-of-home presence, the social media presence and the Domicil website.
