Agency at the airport realizes donation scattering for Salvation Army

On behalf of the Salvation Army, the Altenrhein agency at the airport asks Swiss households for a warm meal for Christmas.

Agentur am FlughafenChristmas is just a few days away. While most people in this country celebrate the festival of love with family and friends, even in wealthy Switzerland there are people who can't afford a warm meal at Christmas or don't even have a roof over their heads.

The Salvation Army has been ensuring that Christmas is also a small celebration for poor people in Switzerland for 150 years. The aid organization relies on donations for this work. As it does every year, the Salvation Army therefore launches a large distribution campaign shortly before Christmas.

This year, Swiss households received the mailing designed by the agency at the airport in their letterboxes. The idea emerged as the clear winner from five different concepts in last year's test mailing and was therefore distributed this year as a large print run.
