Unformatted sends the 30,000th Klara customer on wellness vacation

When SMEs handle their accounting and office administration with the digital offering from the Lucerne IT company Klara, there is even time for an extra week of wellness vacations. The Winterthur agency Unformatiert is sending its 30,000th Klara customer on this extra week of vacation.

Klara Business is a company of the Axon Group and Swiss Post, which has held the majority of shares for a year. The company supports SMEs as well as private households in digitizing and simplifying administrative tasks.

The focus of the current Klara campaign is the registration of the 30,000th SME customer. CEO Renato Stalder has announced in advance that he will personally send the customer on a week-long wellness vacation. Because Klara customers save time on accounting and administration, and can use it for their core business - or simply for themselves.

Surprise in Agasul

In the commercial, which has been online since Wednesday, everything revolves around the search for the 30,000th SME customer. Finally, viewers see Renato Stalder and his entourage drive all the way to Agasul to surprise the winner. Meanwhile, the winner is struggling with leaking engine oil and a work-shy office assistant.

The spot narrates the event with a good dose of self-irony, but is also intended to underscore Klara's typical closeness to its own customers. So for CEO Stalder, the visit to the film set was a dress rehearsal. "Of course, I will also visit the real winners in person," says Stalder.
