Go Slow launches credit card campaign for PostFinance

With a PostFinance credit card, you can get up to one percent cashback. Anyone who didn't know that yet is now being kindly reminded by the customer whisperer. She is the protagonist of the credit card campaign, which was implemented by the Bern agency Go Slow.

PostFinance commissioned Go Slow to create and implement a broad-based campaign. For this, the Bernese created a small "customer whisperer" to draw attention to the cashback offered by PostFinance credit cards.

Four target groups, broad package of measures

The message was staged for four target groups, or four consumption situations: Vacations, restaurants, gaming and shopping - and this in various print and digital measures from merchandise carriers to SMS and e-mails to display and Google Ads.
