PAM Advertising and Too Good To Go take action against foodwaste

Zurich agency PAM Advertising's campaign for the app Too Good To Go aims to boost purchases of leftover food to reduce foodwaste.

The Too Good To Go app allows people to buy leftover food from bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and other businesses at a discount so that the food is consumed instead of wasted. Since 2018, the company has also been committed to combating foodwaste in Switzerland. In this country, more than 4700 businesses offer leftover food via the Too-Good-To-Go app. Larger businesses such as Coop Restaurants, Migros and Manor are also involved.

For the current campaign, PAM was commissioned to primarily encourage people who have installed the Too-Good-To-Go app, but rarely if ever use it, to use it. The resulting subjects remind people that with the app, other food is available for little money.

The national campaign, which runs for several weeks, can be seen on billboards and outdoor screens, as well as online banners on View, Watson, 20 minutes, NZZ and other Internet portals.
