Dachcom makes cleaning fully "easy!" for Pronto.

Dachcom created a B2C campaign for Pronto, a cleaning company based in eastern Switzerland, that aims to make things easy for the target group.

Pronto's broad range of services and high degree of professionalism mean that private individuals often perceive the company as too big or too professional.

To make the cleaning company, which until now has mainly targeted companies and institutions, more accessible and attractive to private customers as well, Dachcom has developed a cross-media B2C campaign. The core idea of the campaign is that Pronto makes it easy for private customers.

The Pronto brand was supplemented with the addition of "easy!" for communication with the B2C target group. The addition is intended to make the brand more accessible, simple and digital, without changing the brand essence of Pronto.

A "simple" campaign

The remaining campaign elements are also trimmed to "easiness. The core messages respond to the specific needs of private customers in the simplest possible way. Visually, the simplicity comes to the fore with minimalist and humorous illustrations that depict the various services for private customers in a very simple way.
The illustrations were created in-house at Dachcom, as were the animated short spots that bring them to life.

The special B2C website was also newly developed Pronto-easy.chwhich makes it easy for users in every respect and serves as a campaign hub. The website was developed to suit the target group with the mobile-first approach.

For the B2C campaign, F200 posters, animated paid social media ads and organic social media, passenger TV spots, online marketing measures, and e-newsletters were used. For in-house purposes, the campaign idea was also used for the new mission statement, motivational posters and employee cards.
