Havas gives Cantadou a fresh look

For the Bel Suisse company, Havas developed a new brand strategy for Cantadou and will be responsible for the creative business and campaigns of the individual brands in the future.


Bel Suisse includes the Cantadou, Kiri, Leerdammer, Babybel, Boursin and La-vache-qui-rit brands. The Cantadou brand has already existed in the Swiss fresh cheese market for over 40 years. The challenge now is to make the brand more attractive to a younger audience. Cantadou stands for freshness, Provence and cozy get-togethers. These attributes had to be retained when the positioning and brand promise were revised. In close exchange with Cantadou, Havas repositioned the brand and revitalized it with a radical re-branding.

The focus is on the different products and the people who enjoy them. At the heart of the campaign are advertisements and various stop-motion videos, which will be shown on TV, on social media and on the newly designed Website can be switched. The clips show how to celebrate the most important holidays of the year with Cantadou. Provence and Cantadou's typical joie-de-vivre always subtly resonate through the colors and music.
