Four communicates the new EWZ tariffs to 226,019 customers

EWZ has revised its electricity tariffs. For this purpose, the product range was reduced. The Four agency is responsible for the tariff communication for 226,019 customers.

The new EWZ products have been given a naming that clearly expresses that it is 100% natural electricity that EWZ supplies. This is produced only from water, wind and sun. 

The Four agency was commissioned with a comprehensive inventory marketing activity. The task was to communicate the respective new product names and the new tariff as well as, depending on the target group, to submit specific offers such as a product upgrade or a consultation.

Both online and offline measures were implemented. For this, Four developed an offline mailing with a dispensed mini-leporello. The identical material concept could be used in a modular way to advertise to six target groups in the private and commercial sector and eight target groups in the business customer sector. An online mailing was used to contact customers whose e-mail address was available - this method was chosen for reasons of efficiency and to reduce paper consumption as much as possible as an ecologically active company. 

According to EWZ, the measurable goals were achieved. This applies in particular to the communicative goals. A low number of product downgrades and the low volume of customer feedback confirm the success of the campaign.
