Anyone holding a 20 Minuten in their hand on June 26 learned, among other things, how many balls Roger Federer will consume during the next Wimbledon tournament or how often people laugh in the Zurich Cantonal Council. The lavishly illustrated front pages advertised a new Tamedia online subscription promotion nationwide with regionally different facts. The promotion is for mobile app and online subscriptions to the Tages-Anzeiger, Bernese Newspaper, 24 heures, and Tribune de Genève. The message: a lot happens in three months; read three months, pay two.

For the selection of facts, Sir Mary worked closely with journalists from the respective titles. The result is 20 descriptive figures that are contextually adapted to the medium depending on their use. Thus, it can not only be seen nationwide on 20 Minuten covers, but also as digital ads on Tamedia platforms, social media as well as the landing page. Further measures will follow.
