Marketing campaign for Sihl terraces

For the Sihlterrassen residential development in Zurich Manegg, Matchcom implemented a marketing campaign designed for individuality on behalf of Steiner AG. The special feature: a VIP pre-marketing phase with exclusive conditions as well as a sophisticated apartment configurator, thanks to which prospective buyers can customize their condominium with just a few clicks.

In the coming years, attractive 2.5- to 6.5-room apartments will be built in two elegant buildings in the new Manegg Mitte district of Zurich. The residential development, located directly on the Sihl River, is being developed and realized by Steiner AG . Everything in the Sihlterrassen is designed for buyers who like to have a choice. Potential customers choose from a variety of floor plans as well as three interior design lines that can be tailored entirely to their individual needs.

The market presence is the brainchild of the Matchcom agency in Zurich West. Its specialists have made a name for themselves in real estate communications with unconventional campaigns. The agency was responsible both for finding the property identity and for the overall brand presence.

Before the website went live, a VIP phase started. Project manager Kim Dietschweiler explains: "The Sihlterrassen were pre-announced on a small scale via advertisements. Interested people could register on the landing page and received an exclusive personal invitation with VIP access once the website was finalized. This way, they were the first to choose their favorite apartment and also benefited from preferential purchase conditions."

Matchcom designed and programmed the website in collaboration with Datahouse, which developed the apartment configurator, and visualizer Nightnurse, which created virtual representations in 3D with detailed tours. "We received many compliments for the web presence," Dietschweiler says happily. "On the one hand, because of the simple and clear design. On the other hand, because of the ingenious online apartment configurator."

For Sihlterrassen, Matchcom provided the entire communications package from a single source: marketing brochure, floor plan booklet, advertisements, Adwords campaign, marketing boards, megaposter, poster campaign, remarketing campaign, and Facebook and Instagram campaign. In addition, the agency organized the "Chlaus im Haus" event in the Steiner AG showroom in Manegg - an information event on December 6 with Santa Claus, mulled wine, punch and treats.
