Valencia puts all its eggs in one basket for Coop and the new Supercard

Valencia Kommunikation is introducing Coop's new Supercard credit and prepaid card with a series of on and offline activities.

The black Supercardplus from Coop is now the golden Supercard credit card, designed by the Kreisvier agency. The aim was to inform existing customers and encourage them to replace their current card, while at the same time generating interest in the offer among new customers. Valencia achieved this with a broad range of communication measures.

In the conception and design of the advertising materials, the agency paid particular attention to placing the new Supercard credit card closer to Coop's customer loyalty program, the Supercard. This brings the decisive advantage of this credit card to the literal point: namely, collecting Superpoints with every purchase. Accordingly, various design elements from the established Supercard world were used, which enable quick identification.

First, Valencia developed and designed a personal mailing for existing customers that communicated the change of provider and the advantages of the new card and directly activated them to switch. Animated display ads, advertisements and various POS measures also ensure a strong presence for the new Supercard credit and prepaid card in the broad 360° campaign. This will be available from November 2018.
