In the future, CSS Versicherung will not only act as a mere paying agent in the healthcare sector, but will also position itself as a preferred healthcare partner for its customers. To this end, CSS Versicherung has optimized and expanded its range of products and services.

For example, with myGuide, a digital guide that checks symptoms of illness and recommends whether a visit to the doctor or the medicine cabinet is in order.

For the era kick-off, the Bern-based communications agency Contexta, which has been managing the brand for over seven years, has developed a new campaign. The successful brand claim "Ganz persönlich." remains. What is new is that CSS Versicherung and its customers share not only human values, but also a world of life. In the midst of life, the campaign shows the benefits of CSS's health partner services for a wide variety of people.

The cross-media campaign was developed in the closest collaboration between the agency and the client. "The brand has decisively guided us in the development of the new corporate strategy. For us, it is clear that communication now also plays an important part in achieving the company's goals," says Reto Schertenleib, Head of Marketing Communications at CSS Versicherung. "The close cooperation with the agency was central to this."

The campaign launched nationally on September 3, 2018.
