A&O Concepts launches poster campaign and website for the LUWA site in Muri

Since mid-August, interested parties have been able to find out more about what is on offer at the LUWA site. At the same time, the poster campaign has been launched throughout the region.

A new district is currently being built in Muri AG. What was once a production site will be developed into the LUWA site by 2019, which will provide more than just living space for around 600 people. The LUWA site is Allianz Suisse Real Estate's second-largest construction investment. Feldmann Projekte, Muri, commissioned A&O Concepts at the beginning of 2018 to develop a communication concept for marketing.

"The development with 197 apartments, 19 studios and around 21,000 square meters of commercial space will become a new quarter," says Carmen Schiltknecht, owner of A&O Concepts. "With this positioning, we want to do justice to the charisma of the site and its significance."

Great interest from the public

On Saturday, June 23, "The Day for All" took place on the site. Interested parties were able to gain an insight into the emerging quarter. Guided tours of the site, model apartments, a daycare centre for children, free food and other attractions were well received - the organizers welcomed around 650 visitors. On this day, a street casting was also held to find character types to be used for the current poster campaign.

Services and LUWA app

Tenants in the LUWA area will have their own app offering various services. Whether it's braided bread delivered to your home on a Sunday, a yoga class that you can book and attend at the site, a daycare center for young residents that is just a few steps away from your home or ironed laundry that is brought home fresh and clean. These and other offers can be found on the app, which will soon be available in the Google and Apple app stores.

Poster campaign and go-live of the Luwa-areal.ch website

The launch of the luwa-areal.ch website in mid-August marked another milestone in the communication concept. Information about the project, visualizations, floor plans and rental prices have since been actively requested on the website. In addition to the information and offers on the website, the poster campaign was also launched in the Muri region on August 13, the first phase of which will run until September 2. Five different posters featuring "models" from the region - the result of the street casting on the Day for All on June 23 - will be displayed to draw attention to the new offer.
