Sir Mary issues travel warnings for the Grand Tour of Switzerland

Sir Mary warns with humor about the peculiarities of the most beautiful road trip in Switzerland.

Most Swiss people are familiar with the burgundy signs that signal the Grand Tour of Switzerland throughout the country. But many local guests are not yet familiar with the first Swiss road trip. A special national campaign aims to change that. At the heart of the campaign are seven tongue-in-cheek travel warnings for the Grand Tour of Switzerland, which will be broadcast on moving image channels throughout Switzerland.

Because the Grand Tour has a lot to offer: With 1643 kilometers, through four language regions, over five Alpine passes and past 22 lakes, the Grand Tour strings together some of the most beautiful sides of Switzerland. So it can sometimes happen that the hardest motorcycle rider is brought to tears by the view over a valley. Or that the photographing family man decides instead of a photo of his loved ones for a landscape panorama that is at least as beautiful.

The national campaign will be played out on a segment-specific basis, taking into account the target groups of car drivers and motorcyclists. The campaign, which was created in cooperation with Switzerland Tourism and the Grand Tour of Switzerland association, will be played out on digital channels and supported with a competition.
