In Switzerland, refugees are mainly used as workers in agriculture and industry. The reasons for this are language barriers and training deficits, but also difficult entry processes and a lack of opportunities on the company side.

The aim of the "Integrated" project is to change this and pave the way for refugees to find new forms of work. There are many lateral entrants in the communications industry, which is why the sector is particularly suitable for a pilot test.

With workshops, panel discussions and internships, SAH Zurich and Freundliche Grüsse want to show other companies what it means to work with refugees - and that it is a win-win for everyone. This is shown in the just finished documentary film on the internship in 5 minutes.
