Travel well with Mobilis and Swiss Pass

Lausanne Public Transport (TL) has commissioned Agence Trio with a comprehensive communication campaign for the inclusion of Mobilis (Vaud Tariff Community) in the Swiss Pass.

The campaign aims to achieve two things: to promote the integration of Mobilis season tickets into the famous red card, and to encourage customers to use TL services (website and points of sale) to order the Swiss Pass.

In order to optimally communicate the advantages of TL services and the core message "TL - Partner of your mobility with Swiss Pass", the agency developed specific concepts for each customer type and carrier, focusing on customer proximity and the entrepreneurial image of the transport companies. Currently deployed in many channels, the broad-based campaign required the expertise of a wide range of competence bearers within the agency. The program includes: Posters and e-panels in points of sale and stops, brochures and flyers, press ads, banners, creation of a photo booth and information stands in points of sale, targeted direct mail, animations and tutorials for the website and on-board screens, and slide animations in Pathé cinemas.
